ELSA isn't hearing me speak?

1.  In case you are connecting your phone to a Smart Watch or a Bluetooth device, please try disconnecting from the device and check if the issue is improved.

2.  ELSA requires a significant amount of data, so it needs a continuous internet connection to function. To avoid network quality affecting your learning process, please try switching networks. For example, if you are using Wi-Fi, try switching to 4G or another Wi-Fi network, or vice-versa.

3.  If the issue does not improve, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to update ELSA to the latest version. Additionally, please ensure that you have granted microphone access to ELSA.
