Forgot your Password?

Note: You can only reset your password if you signed up using an email and a password. If you used Google, Facebook, Apple, or SSO, this option is not available.

How to reset your password:

1. Open the ELSA app
2. Tap Login or Sign Up
3. Choose Continue with Email
4. Enter your email
5. Tap Forgot Password
6. Enter your email again. You will receive an email with a reset link.

How to set a new password:

1. Open the email from ELSA (check Spam/Promotions if needed)
2. Click the reset link
3. Enter your new password twice
4. Tap Set password
