How to activate a voucher code?
If you paid for a subscription and received a voucher code, please follow the instructions below to activate it and upgrade your account.
A. If you do not have an ELSA account: Please refer to this page to create an ELSA account, then follow the steps below to activate the code.
B. If you already have an ELSA account:
- Go to https://elsaspeak.com/app/activate-voucher-code
- Log in to your ELSA account using the same login method you used to register (Email, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID). If you do not remember your login credentials, open the ELSA app, go to Profile > Edit Profile, and check your login email
- Enter the activation code in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and click “Redeem”
- Return to the ELSA app on your phone or tablet, uninstall and reinstall the app, then log in again using the same account you used to activate the code
- Go to Profile in the ELSA app and check if your membership status has been updated
