How to log in to my account?
Follow the steps below to access your account:
Step 1: Install the ELSA Speak app
Download and install ELSA Speak on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Availability: ELSA Speak is only available on iOS and Android phones or tablets. It is not currently supported on web browsers, computers, or laptops.
Step 2: Log in to your account
Open the app, then select Log in or Sign Up, and choose one of the available login methods based on how you originally created your account.
ELSA supports the following sign-in options:
- Email and password
- Apple ID (for Apple devices)
- SSO (for B2B users only)
Important: Make sure you use the same login method you used when registering your account. If you choose a different method, the system will not recognize your account.
Example: If you registered using Facebook but try to log in with email and password, your account will not be found.
