Manage your ELSA account

Settings

In Settings, you can manage your account, customize your learning experience, and contact the ELSA support team.

To access Settings: go to your Profile and tap on your name.

Profile

In this section, you can:

• Change your profile picture
• View your membership status
• Update your name
• Change your mother tongue (to enable translations in your language)
• Update your email address (not available if your account is registered via Facebook or Apple ID)
• Change your password
• Select your display language
• Delete your account

Learning & Sound Settings

Choose a daily learning plan that fits your schedule:

• Casual practice: 5 lessons per day
• Medium practice: 10 lessons per day
• Serious practice: 15 lessons per day

Additional Settings

• Adjust difficulty (scoring method)
• Control sound effects volume
• Set your daily reminder time
• Enable or disable Competitive Mode (Leaderboard)

• Contact the support team via email
• View your User ID
