Requesting an invoice when purchasing

If you need a VAT invoice, please check the box to request a payment invoice and fill in all the required information. If you accidentally skip this step, please contact ELSA support within 24 hours of the transaction to be supported with a VAT invoice. After this timeframe, ELSA cannot support VAT invoice issuance for buyers.
