Why have I paid but the app still automatically deducts money from my account?

This happens when you register for an ELSA Speak account. You have selected a 3-month study program that automatically renews after a 7-day free trial period, with the Apple/Google Play purchase policy notified to you.

According to Apple/Google's user information privacy policy, ELSA cannot yet assist you with canceling auto-renewal. You can find out how to cancel auto-renewal and request a refund here.
